I've been really, really (really) down lately and haven't felt like writing much. Which is sort of counter-productive because when I feel like this, I should be writing. And running. And eating less cheese - but we all know how that goes.

Anyway, I'm going to steal an idea and post one good thing that happened so I can and until I get out of this funk.

One good thing for today, and it's so incredibly good and wonderful because it happens every day - my husband sets the coffee maker so I wake up to a pot of fresh coffee every morning.

Everything with Jef is fine - better than fine. In fact, things with Jef are about the only things that are OK right now.

Sorry you're feeling down, but glad everything's good with Jef. So, what's the deal? Holiday stress? Job stuff?

I am always in a funk this time of year. You are smart to have gratitude every day. Hang in there!
